ROBROS · Humanoid · 2025
IGRIS-C is a service humanoid from South Korean company ROBROS — a ~154cm bipedal robot with 29 body joints and an 11-joint tendon-driven dexterous hand, built for customer-facing environments like cafés. It uses reinforcement learning for stable bipedal walking and imitation learning for human-like object handling, runs on NVIDIA Jetson Orin, and pairs stereo cameras + Intel RealSense depth + IMU for navigation and balance. A dual-battery system, 30:1 gearing and fast motion planning (3x quicker than prior models) support serving, product handling and hospitality. Supports teleoperation + AI-training data collection. Specs captured into additional specs.
