Built on Curiosity heritage with improved wheels, autonomous navigation, and a sample caching system that collects rock cores for future Mars Sample Return. Deployed the Ingenuity helicopter and produced the first oxygen on Mars via MOXIE. Carries 7 advanced instruments and 23 cameras.
