Figure · Humanoid · 2025
Figure 03 (announced October 2025) is Figure AI's third-generation general-purpose humanoid, the first designed for the home as well as commercial work. It runs Figure's in-house Helix vision-language-action AI and is ~9% lighter than Figure 02, with soft washable textile coverings and foam for safe human contact, tactile fingertips sensitive to 3 grams, palm cameras in each hand, and industry-first 2 kW wireless inductive charging through its feet. Named a TIME Best Invention of 2025, it targets a ~$20,000 price, is built at Figure's BotQ facility (~12,000 units/yr), and began logistics work at BMW's Spartanburg plant in 2026. Figure publishes limited official hardware numbers; figures shown are company-stated and unpublished specs are flagged for outreach rather than guessed.
