Figure · Humanoid · 2024
Figure 02 (August 2024) was Figure AI's second-generation humanoid, billed by the company as its first commercially viable autonomous humanoid. It stands ~1.68m, carries up to 20kg, runs ~5 hours, and features 16-DOF human-like hands, six onboard cameras, built-in mics/speakers for conversation, and triple the onboard compute of Figure 01. Developed during Figure's OpenAI collaboration, it deployed in pilot manufacturing (notably BMW) before being succeeded by the home-focused Figure 03. Some hardware figures are company-stated; unpublished specs flagged for outreach.
