Digit v5 (2024) is Agility Robotics' current commercial humanoid — a 1.75m, 65kg bipedal robot with bird-inspired reverse-knee legs, 16kg payload, ~4h battery with autonomous charging, and interchangeable end effectors. Powered by the Arc cloud platform for fleet management, it's deployed for tote and material handling at Amazon, GXO and Schaeffler, and passed the first OSHA-recognized safety field inspection for a humanoid. Built at RoboFab, the first dedicated humanoid factory (~10,000 units/yr).
