Boston Dynamics · Humanoid · 2016
Atlas HD was the hydraulic generation of Boston Dynamics' Atlas humanoid (2016-2024) — the famous parkour/backflip robot. Standing ~1.5m and 89kg with 28 hydraulically actuated joints, it demonstrated running, jumping, backflips and parkour, becoming the world's most dynamic humanoid before being retired in 2024 in favour of the all-electric Atlas.
