Booster Robotics · Humanoid · 2026
The successor to Booster Robotics' RoboCup-winning T1, the T2 is a ~1.2 m developer humanoid aimed at labs, universities and competitive robotics. It keeps the T1's full-force-controlled architecture — custom hollow-axis joint motors with dual encoders and hybrid torque/velocity/position control (up to 130 N·m) — across 23 base DOF (6 per leg, 4 per arm, 1 waist, 2 head), expandable toward 41 with dexterous-hand configurations. Dual compute (14-core Intel i7-1370P plus NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32 GB, ~200 TOPS) drives onboard AI, with an Intel RealSense RGB-D camera, 3D LiDAR, 9-axis IMU and mic array for perception. Fully open-source SDK with ROS2 and Isaac Sim / MuJoCo / Webots support.
