AgiBot · Humanoid · 2025
The AgiBot Lingxi X2 is a compact general-purpose humanoid from Shanghai's AgiBot (Zhiyuan Robotics), unveiled in March 2025 and one of 2025's highest-volume humanoids — AgiBot's 5,000th unit off the line was a Lingxi X2, and the company ranked #1 globally in humanoid shipments. Standing 1.31 m and weighing 33.8 kg with 28 degrees of freedom, the X2 is billed as AgiBot's first truly 'dynamic' robot, with millisecond interactive responses and a striking motion repertoire: it walks, runs, dances, rides bicycles and scooters, balances on a hoverboard, and reads medication labels aloud. It's built on vertically integrated AgiBot hardware (Xyber-Edge cerebellar controller, domain controller, Powerflow joints, in-house BMS) and a soft, safe-to-touch exterior, and is driven by AgiBot's GO-1 (Genie Operator-1) generalist embodied-AI foundation model with a ViLLA architecture plus a WorkGPT VLM using silicon-photonic vision. A ~500 Wh battery gives roughly two hours of runtime. Variants include the X2 Lite, sensor-rich X2 Ultra (LiDAR, auto-charge, dexterous hands) and wheeled-hybrid X2-N; entry pricing is around ¥100,000 (~US$13,800), making it AgiBot's most accessible bipedal humanoid, aimed at education, entertainment, retail and service.
