EVE is 1X Technologies' first-generation humanoid — an upper-body humanoid on a wheeled base (rather than legs), deployed in security and logistics roles. It pioneered 1X's tendon-drive actuation and embodied-learning AI, and the real-world data it gathered directly informed the bipedal NEO. Wheeled locomotion gives it stability and speed indoors; its arms and dexterous hands handle manipulation and remote-operated tasks.
