Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS). 17.6 m, 7-DOF arm installed on the ISS in 2001. Capable of 'walking' along the station by attaching either end to a base point. Routinely captures visiting cargo spacecraft including SpaceX Dragon and Northrop Grumman Cygnus, and assists astronauts during spacewalks. Built by MDA. Still operational after 25 years.
