The Universal Robots UR15 is the newest member of UR's flagship UR Series (alongside UR20 and UR30) and UR's fastest cobot yet — a 5 m/s maximum TCP speed paired with a 17.5 kg payload and 1,300 mm reach in a remarkably light 40.7 kg body. It hits a market sweet spot: high payload and long reach at high speed while staying collaborative, cutting cycle times for palletizing, machine tending and packaging. Its standout technology is OptiMove — an intuitive motion-programming system that simplifies setup while improving repeatability and delivering the smoothest high-speed, high-payload motion in UR's line — running on the AI-ready PolyScope platform. TÜV and UL 1740 certified and suited to higher-IP environments, the UR15 keeps UR's signature ease of use, small footprint and rapid redeployment.
