Tennant Company · Service · 2020
Tennant Company's autonomous ride-on robotic floor scrubber, built on its T7 micro-rider and made self-driving by Brain Corp's vision-based BrainOS platform (learn-and-repeat routes with real-world obstacle avoidance). It cleans a 650 mm (26 in) path with two 0.45 kW brush motors at 225 rpm and up to 86 kg of down-pressure to lift embedded grime, fed by equal 110 L solution and recovery tanks for theoretical productivity up to 4,250 m2/hr. The 24 V machine runs ~4 hours on lead-acid (up to 6.5 hours on lithium-ion, or a 9.2 kWh Li-Ion pack), cleans as quietly as 70 dBA for daytime use, and uses ec-H2O NanoClean to cut water and detergent. It measures 1650 x 850 x 1450 mm, weighs ~492 kg, and reports fleet KPIs weekly.
