The Techman TM30S is the heavy-duty flagship of Techman's TM AI Cobot series — 30 kg rated payload (35 kg maximum in palletizing, wrist-favourable) across 1,702 mm reach, which Techman claims as the best reach-to-weight ratio in its category. Like the TM25S it is vision-native, with a built-in 5 MP autofocus camera driving TMvision AI object recognition and AOI, plus an integrated force/torque sensor at the end for precise force control and adaptability in complex tasks — a combination aimed squarely at semiconductor wafer-box loading (loads up to 35 kg), heavy palletizing, push-stacking and automotive assembly. It shares the S-series platform: ±0.03 mm repeatability, 450°/s 6th-axis speed, TÜV-certified safety with force limiting and body-part-specific zones, an IP54 control cabinet, and TMflow 2 flow-based programming with TMscript and TMcraft (C#/WPF) extensibility plus an official TM ROS driver.
