The Techman TM25S is the heavy-payload flagship of Techman's TM AI Cobot S Series and, at launch (Automate 2023), claimed the longest reach of any 25 kg-payload cobot — 1,902 mm — paired with a class-leading ±0.03 mm repeatability (a 70% precision gain over the prior generation) and TCP speeds to 5.2 m/s, its 6th-axis joint speed doubled from 225 to 450°/s for a 25% cycle-time cut. What sets Techman apart from every other cobot maker is vision-native design: a 5 MP autofocus camera is built into the arm (eye-in-hand), driving TMvision, AI object recognition and AOI inspection with no add-on vision controller, plus a built-in force/torque sensor at the end for force control. It's programmed through TMflow 2's flow-based graphical nodes — approachable for first-timers — with TMscript for engineers and TMcraft for custom C#/WPF plug-ins, on a TÜV-certified, ISO 10218-1 / ISO/TS 15066 safety base with an IP54 control cabinet and official TM ROS driver.
