Refraction AI · Delivery · 2020
Refraction AI's REV-1 is a three-wheeled delivery robot designed for bike lanes rather than sidewalks or full roads, giving it a speed-and-flexibility advantage. Running up to ~24 km/h with a camera-and-radar suite (no lidar) and remote supervision, it was piloted for grocery and meal delivery in Ann Arbor and Austin.
