RealMan · Industrial · 2021
The RealMan RM65-6F is the six-axis-force variant of the RM65 ultra-lightweight humanoid arm, adding an integrated F/T sensor for contact-rich work while keeping the family's defining stats: 5 kg rated payload (9 kg peak) from a 7.3 kg arm with integrated controller, extended 638.5 mm working radius, ±0.05 mm repeatability, Ø110 mm-class base and IP54 body running from 24 VDC. RealMan's in-house harmonic reducers and servo joints keep it human-arm scale for humanoid torsos and mobile platforms, and the standard collaborative toolkit carries over — contact-stop safety, drag teaching, open JSON API, and official ROS/MoveIt support — with force feedback enabling compliant insertion, polishing and measurement tasks the basic version can't close the loop on.
