RealMan · Industrial · 2020
The RealMan RML63-B is the long-reach member of RealMan's ultra-lightweight arm family — a 6-DoF lengthened arm trading payload (3 kg rated) for extended working radius, aimed at inspection, service and light-handling tasks that need to cover more workspace than the RM65's 610 mm. It shares the family DNA: ±0.05 mm repeatability, in-house harmonic reducers and servo joints with the controller integrated into the arm, IP54 protection on 24 VDC, contact-stop collaborative safety, drag teaching, an open API and official ROS/MoveIt packages. RealMan publishes a 30,000-hour continuous service life at rated load for the RML63, with MTBF certification from the Shanghai National Robot Testing Center — unusual reliability documentation for an arm this light. A 6F variant adds an integrated six-axis force sensor.
