RealMan · Industrial · 2020
The RealMan RM75-B is the 7-DoF redundant-kinematics member of the ultra-lightweight humanoid arm family — its extra shoulder joint gives infinite joint configurations for a given pose, letting it reach around obstacles the way a human arm does. Official figures: 5 kg payload from a 7.8 kg arm with integrated controller, 610 mm working radius, ±0.05 mm repeatability, TCP speeds to 1.8 m/s, IP54 body on 24 VDC with no external cabinet. Joint ranges span ±178° at the shoulder to a ±360° wrist roll across seven axes. The contact-stop safety module, drag teaching, open JSON API and official ROS/MoveIt packages carry across the family, and the human-arm-scale form factor has made the RM75 the arm of choice on dual-arm humanoid platforms — including RealMan's own RMC-DA compound robot, which mounts two of them. An RM75-6F variant adds an integrated 200 N / 7 N·m six-axis F/T sensor.
