RealMan · Industrial · 2020
The RealMan RM75-6F pairs the RM75's 7-DoF redundant kinematics with a built-in six-axis force/torque sensor rated 200 N / 7 N·m at ±0.5% full-scale accuracy, giving humanoid and research platforms a human-arm-scale limb that can feel what it touches. It keeps the family numbers — 5 kg payload from a 7.9 kg-class arm with integrated controller, 627 mm reach, ±0.05 mm repeatability, TCP to 1.8 m/s, IP54 on 24 VDC — and the seven-joint envelope (±178° shoulder to ±360° wrist) that lets it work around obstructions. Contact-stop safety, drag teaching, the open JSON API and official ROS/MoveIt packages are standard, positioning the 6F as the precision-contact option for dual-arm humanoids, healthcare handling and compliant assembly research.
