RealMan · Industrial · 2023
The RealMan ECO65-6F brings integrated six-axis force sensing to the economy ECO65 platform: 5 kg rated payload with a 9 kg peak, 638.5 mm working radius, ±0.05 mm repeatability, and a 7.9 kg arm with the controller built in — priced at US$15,460 through authorized distributor RobotShop, undercutting most force-sensing cobots by a wide margin. Joint speeds reach 180°/s (J1–J2) and 225°/s (J3–J6) across a ±178° envelope with ±360° wrist rotation. IP54 protection, 24 VDC operation, contact-stop collaborative safety, drag teaching, the open JSON API and official ROS/MoveIt packages complete the standard RealMan toolkit, making it a popular research and light-industry arm for compliant insertion, polishing and inspection.
