The NEURA Robotics LARA 5 is the mid-compact model of the LARA collaborative family, pairing a 5 kg payload with the line's signature ±0.02 mm repeatability — industrial-robot precision in a cage-free collaborative package. Like its siblings it carries joint torque sensors throughout, a PL d Cat. 3 / SIL 2 safety architecture with safe position/speed/torque monitoring, and IP66 sealing for harsh environments over 0–40 °C. NEURA's own motors and high-precision encoders underpin the accuracy claim, and the operator experience centres on graphical visual programming, ZeroG hand-guiding, path recording and a ready-to-run application library. Connectivity spans EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/RTU and RS-485 with 8 high-speed GPIO. NEURA's published English one-pager omits the LARA 5's exact reach figure — logged as a manufacturer-outreach item rather than estimated.
