Nachi-Fujikoshi · Industrial · 2019
The Nachi CZ10 is the collaborative robot from Nachi-Fujikoshi, one of Japan's oldest industrial-robot makers — a 6-axis, 10 kg-payload arm with a long 1,300 mm reach and ±0.08 mm repeatability, built on the company's welding and material-handling heritage. Its inherent-safety design maintains a 25 mm minimum clearance to prevent pinching, and torque sensors at every axis detect worker contact and stop the robot, third-party certified to ISO 10218-1 (plus TÜV and standard UL/CSA). An inline-wrist structure enables intuitive direct teaching, and wrist-integrated digital I/O (4 in / 3 out) with built-in φ4 air piping reduces installation wiring. The 61 kg arm carries IP65 protection (IP54 wire harness), operates 0–45 °C, runs at up to 180°/s joint speed (throttled to 250 mm/s in collaborative mode), and draws just 1.0 kVA with its CCZ controller. It mounts floor or inverted and targets machine tending, material handling, palletizing and dispensing.
