A humanoid robotic bartender/barista from Spain's Macco Robotics (Seville). Kime stands about two meters tall with dual articulating arms that pour a beer in under 8 seconds and mix a cocktail in around 30 — up to ~120 drinks an hour across beers, cocktails, juices and soft drinks. It engages customers by touchscreen (and mobile-app ordering) in their preferred language, takes cashless payments, and wears an antimicrobial, food-grade shell with automated cleaning routines. Built for 'plug-and-play' integration with existing bar equipment and offered with swappable beverage modules and custom branding, it's aimed at bars, restaurants, events and promotional activations. The current v5 was demonstrated in Seville hospitality trials in 2026.
