The JAKA Ai 5 is the mid-line model of JAKA's All-in-one collaborative series — the Zu 5's proven 5 kg / 954 mm / ±0.02 mm platform re-engineered around integrated machine vision. A built-in JAKA Lens 2D camera (5 MP, 24 fps, 8 mm or 16 mm lens, 0.04 mm precision) is controlled natively from JAKA's software stack, giving plug-and-play vision guidance for picking, assembly and inspection without external vision controllers or licences. The arm pairs with the compact MiniCab cabinet (180×28×47 mm, DC 30–60 V) — small enough for mobile-platform or in-machine deployment — while keeping the full JAKA workflow: wireless pendant-free teaching by drag or graphical app, collision detection for fenceless ISO 10218-1 operation, ISO 9409-1 tool flange, and TCP/IP, Modbus, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP connectivity. Typical draw is 350 W; MTBF 80,000 hours; any-orientation mounting on a 158 mm footprint.
