The JAKA Ai 18 is the heavy-payload flagship of JAKA's All-in-one collaborative series — 18 kg capacity on a 1,073 mm reach with ±0.03 mm repeatability, in a compact 35 kg body that undercuts most arms in its payload class. Like all Ai models it integrates a JAKA Lens 2D vision system (5 MP at 24 fps, 8 mm or 16 mm optics, 0.04 mm precision) controlled entirely within JAKA's own software, and runs from the MiniCab — one of the smallest control cabinets on the market — making vision-guided heavy handling deployable in tight cells or on mobile bases. The deliberately shorter reach concentrates rigidity for its 18 kg rating, aimed at dense pick & place, tending and palletizing of heavier workpieces. The collaborative toolkit is standard JAKA: wireless pendant-free drag/graphical teaching, collision detection for fenceless ISO 10218-1 operation, ISO 9409-1 flange, four industrial fieldbus protocols, 80,000-hour MTBF and any-orientation mounting.
