The JAKA Ai 12 brings integrated machine vision to the 12 kg payload class — matching the Zu 12's 1,327 mm reach and ±0.03 mm repeatability while adding a built-in JAKA Lens 2D camera (5 MP, 24 fps, dual-lens options, 0.04 mm precision) whose configuration lives natively in JAKA software. As part of the All-in-one series designed to JAKA's S³ principle (Smart, Simple, Small), it pairs with the ultra-compact MiniCab controller for confined or mobile installations, and keeps the signature pendant-free wireless workflow: free-drive drag teaching plus graphical drag-and-drop programming from any phone, tablet or PC. Collision detection permits fenceless collaborative operation under ISO 10218-1; connectivity spans TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP; and the ISO 9409-1 flange takes standard grippers. At 41 kg with a 188 mm footprint and 500 W typical draw, it targets vision-guided tending, sorting and palletizing at medium payloads.
