IIT · Quadruped · 2019
IIT's larger, ruggedised electro-hydraulic quadruped, protected by an aluminium roll cage and a Kevlar, glass-fibre and plastic skin with high-traction rubber feet. Powered by a 48 V battery driving four electric motors coupled to four hydraulic pumps, it famously demonstrated its power by pulling a Piaggio P180 Avanti passenger aircraft.
