Hesai's AT128 is an automotive-grade long-range hybrid solid-state lidar with genuine 128-channel VCSEL e-scanning. It delivers 1.53 million points/sec, a 120 deg x 25.4 deg field of view, 200 m range at 10% reflectivity and +/-3 cm accuracy, meeting AEC-Q automotive standards. Widely adopted for L3+ ADAS and robotaxi perception (e.g. Li Auto L9 and the DiDi/GAC Aion robotaxi).
