The Hanwha HCR-5A is the volume workhorse of the HCR Advanced series — a 5 kg-payload, 915 mm-reach 6-axis cobot at 21 kg on a Ø150 mm base, positioned as the most versatile model in the range. It runs ±0.05 mm repeatability at 1 m/s TCP with all joints spanning ±360° (J3 ±165°) at up to 180°/s, and carries the family's broadest certification set: CE, ISO, NSF food-zone, SIL functional safety and UL. Dual M8 tool-I/O ports (each 2 DI/2 DO, first adds 2 AI) plus an EtherCAT tool connector feed end-of-arm ecosystems, and the 1 kW controller with 16/16 flexible digital I/O pairs with the 12.1-inch touch pendant. IP54 body, ≤65 dBA, floor/wall/ceiling mounting.
