The Hanwha HCR-12A is the heavy-load model of the HCR Advanced series: 12 kg payload across 1,300 mm reach, aimed at automotive, metal-processing and logistics tasks. The 53 kg arm on a 220×227 mm base runs ±0.07 mm repeatability at 1 m/s TCP, with faster 200°/s wrist axes over working ranges of J1 ±180° to J6 ±360°. Dual M8 tool-I/O ports with 24 V power and an EtherCAT tool connector handle end-of-arm gear, while the 19.8 kg / 1 kW controller provides 16/16 digital channels over TCP/IP and Modbus TCP, driven from the 12.1-inch touch pendant. IP54, ≤70 dBA, mounting on floor, ceiling, or walls to 30°.
