The Flexiv Rizon 10s pairs the 10 kg-class adaptive platform with a flange-mounted 6-DoF force/torque sensor, combining the Rizon 10's whole-body torque sensing with dedicated end-effector force feedback for precision contact tasks at payload. It offers the longest reach in the Rizon family at 984 mm (39 kg mass, ±0.05 mm ISO 9283 repeatability, 0.2 N force sensing accuracy, 350 N max TCP force) and shares the line's core architecture: 7-DoF human-arm kinematics holding an optimised force-control posture, IP65 protection, any-angle or AMR/AGV mounting, and ISO 13849 PL=d dual-channel safety with CE & ETL certification. Deployment runs through the Hesper controller with Flexiv Elements visual programming, hand-guided teaching, and the C++/Python RDK, with official flexiv_ros/flexiv_ros2 bridges for research and integration work.
