Flexiv · Industrial
The Flexiv Rizon 10 scales the adaptive-robot formula to the 10 kg payload class while keeping the series' defining trait: whole-body force control from torque sensors in all seven axes (0.2 N sensing accuracy, up to 350 N TCP force). Its 7-DoF human-arm kinematics deliver 941 mm reach at ±0.05 mm ISO 9283 repeatability from a 38 kg body, letting it take on heavier contact-rich work — large-part finishing, forceful insertion, machine tending — that position-controlled cobots handle poorly under positional uncertainty. The IP65-rated arm mounts at any angle or on AMR/AGV platforms, is built to ISO 13849 PL=d with dual-channel redundancy, and carries CE & ETL certification for fenceless collaboration. It runs from Flexiv's compact Hesper controller (PROFINET/Modbus, 16/16 I/O) and is programmed via Flexiv Elements drag-and-drop primitives, hand-guiding, or the C++/Python RDK with official ROS bridges.
