Faraday Future · Quadruped · 2026
The FX Aegis is a professional embodied-AI quadruped from Faraday Future, part of its first wave of robots launched at the 2026 NADA Show and designed for security and companionship. It offers autonomous patrol and follow-me operation, peak joint torque of 48 N·m, can clear obstacles around 13 inches and climb 40-degree slopes, and supports Wi-Fi and 5G. The platform is modular — an optional four-wheeled version is available, and it can be expanded with LiDAR, depth cameras, robotic arms and security plug-ins. It became one of the first FF robots to clear full US FCC compliance certification, with pricing starting around $2,499.
