Billed as the world's first interactive robotic bartender, Cecilia.ai (from Israel's GKI hospitality-tech group) is an arcade-console-sized kiosk about seven feet tall, fronted by a large touchscreen showing a 3D-animated female bartender who chats, tells jokes, recommends drinks and displays promos when idle. Guests order by voice (contactless) or touchscreen; conversational AI with voice recognition — scripted plus machine learning — keeps the banter going, in up to 40 languages. Behind the screen, an articulating arm dispenses precisely measured pours from 12 ingredient containers (~70 L total) to make up to 120 cocktails an hour, delivered through a slot. It can't garnish or make ice, but adds brandable side LEDs (disco mode included), cashless payment, and a business-intelligence dashboard of popular drinks and peak times. Seen at stadiums, airport and VIP lounges, cruises and events.
