The ABB GoFa 12 is the payload flagship of the CRB 15000 collaborative family — 12 kg across 1,270 mm wrist reach (1,370 mm flange) at the line's ±0.02 mm repeatability and 2.2 m/s TCP speed, from a 48 kg IP67-sealed arm that actually undercuts the longer GoFa 10 on mass. It carries the complete GoFa architecture: torque and position sensors in all six joints, PL d Cat. 3 SafeMove power-and-force limiting with up to 16 safety zones, rounded no-pinch geometry, interaction status light, and the OmniCore controller running RobotWare 7. Programming spans grab-anywhere lead-through, Wizard Easy Programming blocks on the FlexPendant, RAPID, and RobotStudio offline with ~99% simulation fidelity; the Ultra Accuracy option brings 0.03 mm path accuracy for sealing and laser work at full payload. ISO Class 4 cleanroom rated, any-direction mounting, Pro variant with PROFINET.
