ABB · Industrial · 2023
The heavy-duty member of ABB's GoFa (CRB 15000) collaborative-robot family — model CRB 15000-12/1.27 — with a 12 kg payload and 1,270 mm reach in a compact footprint. Like its GoFa siblings it puts integrated torque and position sensors in all six joints for power-and-force limiting, bringing the arm to an immediate stop on contact so it can work fence-free beside people (SafeMove, PL d Cat. 3). It runs a maximum TCP speed of 2.2 m/s with best-in-class 0.02 mm repeatability, is powered by ABB's OmniCore controller, and is set up via lead-through (grab-anywhere) motion, Wizard easy programming and the FlexPendant, with RobotStudio offline programming matching reality to ~99%. An optional Ultra Accuracy feature adds 0.03 mm path / 0.1 mm absolute accuracy for gluing, sealing, laser welding and cutting.
