A ready-to-fly, second-generation commercial delivery drone from A2Z Drone Delivery (Los Angeles, with a test base outside Shanghai). The RDST Longtail is a rugged hexacopter with a factory-integrated RDS2 winch that lowers packages from ~30 m altitude — keeping spinning rotors away from people and property — and auto-releases the shipper's own boxes or bags (up to 5 kg) without a recipient on site. Built from carbon fibre and aluminium, it weighs 16 kg, meets the FAA 55-lb max-takeoff limit (24.95 kg MTOW), cruises at 20 m/s and carries a 5 kg payload up to 11 km (26 km unladen on the Premium). The rainproof Premium adds a quick-release 12S battery and centimetre-level RTK; both run the A2Z QGC (QGroundControl) station for pre-planned automated missions and are Remote ID compliant.
